At Kecia & Co, I understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may not be the right fit for you. That's why I offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy to ensure your satisfaction. Returns or exchanges must be approved prior to shipment back to the store.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 5 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are NOT eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
To initiate a return, please contact me with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved for a return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, I will be happy to assist you with an exchange. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving the item to initiate the exchange process.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your returned item has been recieved, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the exchange eligibility criteria. If the item is approved for an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Please note that shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping price paid for the item will not be refunded. A re-stocking fee may also be applicable (and will be deducted from the final refunded amount).
Final Sale Items:
Some items may be marked as final sale, which means they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items are clearly indicated on the product page and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged. Custom made products are final sale.
