Processing Time: Once your order is placed, I will work diligently to process and prepare it for shipment. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times will be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped via Canada Post. 

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination. You can view the shipping cost for your specific order during the checkout process.

Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the destination of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.

US & International Shipping: We are proud to offer international shipping. However, please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking: To track your order, simply click on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. This will redirect you to the carrier's website, where you can enter your tracking number and view the status of your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages:  While I take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your order, there are steps you can take to minimize the risk of a lost package. Double-check the accuracy of your shipping address, provide any necessary delivery instructions, and consider opting for signature confirmation or additional insurance for valuable items.

Change of Shipping Address: If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.
